PORTAL - CALL LOGGINGThe Trust Estates Department is pleased be able to offer the facility for all Staff to electronically log calls with the Estates Departments Help Desk and then actively track their calls via the Intranet through to completion.

The Electronic Call Logging function is accessed via the Departments Website which can found under the Estates Tab on the Trust Intranet Site.

When accessing the Estates Website Home Page staff will be invited to log their call electronically via the LOG A CALL BUTTON which will direct the user to the Electronic Call Logging System.

On selecting LOG A CALL, Users will then be asked to select their site, enter their contact details, the nature of the call, along with any supporting information such as the room number or asset number and then select their specific location from the drop down menu, before submitting your request.

A unique Call Reference number will be generated on the screen to confirm your submission and to enable users to track the progress of their call.

In order to track your call, select CALL STATUS ENQUIRY in the Electronic Call Logging Systems and enter the unique call reference number and the current status of the job will be displayed.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ELCTRONIC CALL LOGGING SYSTEM TO REPORT EMERGENCY OUT OF HOURS CALLS INSTEAD PLEASE CALL THE ON SITE SHIFT MECHANIC / ON CALL ENGINEER VIA THE SWITCHBOARD.
