Solihull Estates Team

The Solihull Estates team are located in the Estates Building towards the Union Road entrance to site, behind the Pathology Block. The team provide Mechanical, Electrical and Building maintenance and repair services, as well undertaking minor refurbishment and new installation works. Working hours are between 8.15am and 4.15pm, with a emergency response service operating out of hours.
